Journey Into The Bible Genesis

Liguori Publications is announce the latest addition to the Bible-study series Journey into the Bible, the two-part study of Genesis.

Genesis Part 1 - Chapters 1-19

Part I includes the First Creation Account, the stories of Cain and Abel, Noah, Abraham, Sarah and Lot. It ends with Sodom and Gomorrah..

Genesis Part 2 - Chapters 21-50

Part II includes the stories of Isaac and his sons, Esau and Jacob, and Joseph’s story, ending with his death and hope for the future - the Promised Land.


Parishes or groups can start the Journey into the Bible programs at any time of the year.

About The Series

Are you willing to take the first step—and to risk a new faith journey?

New for January 2008 and written by Catholic biblical scholars, Journey Into the Bible engages participants in an interactive and faith-building program as they study one book of the Bible at a time.

Designed for small groups of adults who want to deepen their faith, this six-week program is direct, easy to lead, and easy to participate in. Beginning with the Book of Exodus, participants will read the Bible, discuss it, and discover how to apply it to their lives.
